More and more I am convinced this is the REAL secret to mushroom hunting. Mushroom hiding. ;) Finding the place where they grow and then returning to that place to find them time and time again. I have yet to find my mushroom place.

Can you dry them in a dehydrator or anything to keep them around? I’ve been stumbling onto a few myself.
